How Settings Work in Enforcium

Settings in Enforcium bring together the main controls for managing your workspace. From here, you can manage user access, configure email notifications, update company information, and review your subscription and invoices.

The Settings page is organized into dedicated tabs. Each tab covers a specific area of workspace administration.

Opening Settings

To open Settings, select Settings from the left navigation.

The page displays the available settings tabs across the top. Select a tab to open the corresponding configuration area.

Your available settings include:

  • Access for managing workspace users and their access roles
  • Notifications for configuring email notification preferences
  • Company for managing company information and workspace details
  • Billing & Invoices for reviewing your subscription, payments, and invoices

Each section has its own controls and information. This keeps administrative tasks easy to locate as your workspace grows.

Managing access

The Access tab contains the list of users who have access to your Enforcium workspace.

You can review each user’s name, email address, department, and assigned access role. The page also provides controls for changing eligible access roles and removing users from the workspace.

A search field helps you find a specific user when the workspace contains a larger number of accounts.

Access roles available in the interface include Company Administrator, People Manager, Department Administrator, and Member. The workspace owner is displayed as Owner, with an indicator showing that this role cannot be changed from the Access settings.

For detailed information about users and access roles, see How to Manage Access Settings in Enforcium.

Configuring notifications

The Notifications tab controls the email notifications you receive from Enforcium.

Notification preferences are grouped by workspace area, including KPI, OKRs, Tasks, and Org Structure. Each group contains individual events that can trigger an email.

You can turn specific notifications on or off using the toggle beside each event. Each group also includes Turn off all, which lets you disable its email notifications at once.

Available events depend on the workspace area. They can include comments, creation, delegation, deletion, status changes, deadline updates, and organizational changes.

See How to Configure Notification Settings in Enforcium for a detailed guide to each notification category.

Configuring company information

The Company tab contains information that describes your company and defines key workspace preferences.

The page includes Company Identity, Strategic Foundation, and Workspace Details.

Company Identity includes your company name, website, industry, business type, and logo. Strategic Foundation contains your company tagline, Vision, Mission, and About company information. Workspace Details covers the time zone, currency, and date format used in the workspace.

These settings help keep company information consistent throughout the workspace. Workspace preferences also give users a shared format for dates, financial information, and time based activity.

For more information, see How to Configure Company Settings in Enforcium.

Reviewing billing and invoices

The Billing & Invoices tab contains subscription and billing information for your workspace.

The Current subscription section shows your active plan, billing period, price, and next payment. You can also select View all plans to review the available subscription options.

The Manage billing button opens the billing management area, where you can manage payment information and payment methods.

The Invoices section provides your billing history. Each invoice includes its issue date, total amount, billing period, and payment status. A download action is available for individual invoices.

Scheduled subscription changes are also displayed in the Current subscription section, together with the option to cancel a pending change when available.

See How to Manage Billing & Invoices in Enforcium for more information.

Updating your settings over time

Some Settings are configured during onboarding as part of the initial workspace setup. This gives your team a consistent starting point before you begin working with Enforcium.

You can return to Settings at any time and update the available information as your company, team, or workspace needs change. Review these settings periodically to keep your workspace information and preferences up to date.
